My husband and I along with many friends and family have been staying in Villa Beyli Han since 2013. The marvellous house, exceptional service and helpful friendly staff are the reason we return each year; Kalkan is a gem and the people could not be more charming. We love it!!

We have stayed several times en famille in this beautiful villa. We could not have been happier. We rented the downstairs flat and put the noisy teenagers down there so there could go out clubbing and not disturb us when they got back late, and we could get up early and not disturb them. And we had the most fabulous family meals and games and fun beside the infinity pool and around the patio and gorgeous sitting room. The kitchen is a dream to cook in. The views are jaw droppingly unbeatable and Will was heaven as a host. We will be returning many times we hope!!

We stayed at Beyli Han a few weeks ago and had an absolutely fantastic time! We did feel a little cheeky as it was only 2 of us staying and there was definitely enough space for at least several families but it was certainly luxurious for the 2 of us.
The property is wonderfully maintained and we had a variety of food in our welcome basket on arrival. The views from almost every room are absolutely stunning and it's a very peaceful area on the outskirts of the town (it's a 20 min walk or less than 5 min cheap taxi to the centre).
The weather for us was perfect (despite being early May) and we enjoyed spending most of our time sunbathing round the pool or on day trips. Will and Di provide a fantastic guide on the best restaurants and trips to do. We went on the day trip to Xanthos, Santorini gorge, Pathos beach and visited a couple of the local hammams - I would recommend La Sera on the Kalamar Road that has just come under new ownership.
We left feeling very relaxed, spoilt with the views and sad to say goodbye to the extremely hospitable locals. I would 100% recommend going. The area is very safe and everyone is extremely welcoming and we would love to go back!

We went to Beyli Han for some early season sun at the beginning of April - attracted by the gorgeous villa pictures and the stunning value Turkey offers.
It was everything we had hoped for and more - possibly the best villa with the very best views in the whole of lovely Kalkan. The villa is superbly managed by Korsan Villas (once a gas bottle ran out and a man came round to replace it 10 minutes after I had phoned the villa manager). We didn't arrive till 2am but Mustafa stayed up to welcome us. Nothing was too much trouble.
The villa really does have everything including all the Sky and BT Sport channels (you won't miss a game) and Nickelodeon (so the kids can watch Peppa Pig!).
Best of all is that gorgeous infinity pool with uninterrupted views of the pretty bay below. We ate out a lot - rarely more than £50 for a family of five with booze and the food was delicious.
The villa is so huge that two families could easily stay there and not be at all cramped.
All the Turks we met were unfailingly helpful and thrilled that we had travelled to their country.
The scenery surrounding the villa - in fact the scenery all the way down the Western coast of Turkey - is stunning: breathtaking and surprisingly green mountains.
Do please travel to Beyli Han because Turkey is tourism is suffering badly from all the recent political uncertainty but there has never been a better time to go this truly stunning country.
It was so good, we got married here!!

Villa Beyli Han, the only name of a villa I can remember, and always will. Our immediate family of 9 travelled to Turkey to spend a family holiday together and get married. We had everything, but the venue. As we were a small entourage, the best hotels around seemed like a bad idea. We then met Omar, the owner of the Coast restaurant who said he could help us plan our wedding at Villa Beyli Han!!! He organised everything ~ the cake, live band, photographer, videographer, florist, bartenders, wedding meal, everything! But what made it special was the location! Thanks to Villa Beyli Han, we have the most amazing wedding memories and photos to show for it. Almost 4 years on and I'm writing this review!!
If you're reading this, look no further. You can't get a better place. I'd visit again in a heartbeat.

We have stayed in many properties abroad but this one is special. It is fully equipped with everything you need, even down to an large ice machine! Details like this make a good holiday!
The bedrooms (all except 2) enjoy stunning sea-views!
The outside eating/pool/chilling area is extensive, including a wonderful infinity pool, built in barbecue, outside seating, sun-beds and table tennis: all fabulous and with those views.
On arrival, you are greeted by the Korsan management team and the owners have gone the extra mile with a villa bible, meaning your holiday can start with fun and excursions on day 1! The trips etc are listed and are really worth it, if you have time.
If you can't be bothered to shop, email the local shop and they will deliver. Such a great service whilst on hols.
This is quite frankly a superb, fun holiday villa. Enjoy!

Our group of 15 twenty-somethings had a fantastic week in Beyli Han. We had bread and beer delivered to the villa every day - what's not to love?!
Will was so helpful in the lead up to the holiday, reassuring us when the political situation in Turkey worsened, answering our every question and posting my friend's keys back to him after he left them in the villa!
The villa itself was perfect. A lot of thought and care has gone into decorating and equipping the place with everything we needed. There were enough seats for everyone to eat together, relaxing hammocks in various areas to escape to and the outdoor space was amazing for just lying back and looking at the view.
The nearest beach straight down from the villa is a 5 minute walk (maybe 10 coming back up the hill) and is perfect for swimming and jumping into the water. It has flat rocks with deckchairs and a very friendly quiet bar. We didn't rate Kalamar Beach Club as they tried to confiscate our water saying we had to buy it there! Patara, the sandy beach is a short drive away which is easily arranged via Unlimited Holidays, the recommended company for booking the airport transfer. They were great at tailoring day trips for us - the gorge was a fun day out and going on a boat trip and swimming with turtles was even better! Would definitely recommend staying at this villa for a relaxing, hassle-free holiday.

First impressions are important - arriving in the dark to find all the lights on to welcome us including the extremely friendly staff, then waking in the morning to look out at the view - can only say FANTASTIC.
Instructions given by owner gave an immediate sense of security when visiting a new place - all details much appreciated and helpful.
Immediate sense of space for all those we had staying, love the new balcony on the top floor, the hammock, the ping pong table, the pool toys! The villa is so well equipped and it is like staying in a family home.
The staff/team are exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for them.

"We've been back a couple of days now but just a quick note to say what a fantastic time we had at Beyli Han. Everything about the villa and the staff that serviced it was outstanding. The children particularly enjoyed the infinity pool with its stunning view, the table tennis table and (of course) the dormitory bedroom. We all loved the luxurious surroundings! The resort itself was superb. We spent many a day at the exceptional Kalamar Beach Club - the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, entertaining both adults and children alike.
